Kolontai is a jewellery line designed and sold by Caobo BV, a company based in Antwerp, Belgium. (BE 0723.947.028)



Kolontai offers its customers the possibility to buy 3D printed jewellery. 

All products are 3D printed by companies based in in Europe. Due to the 3D printing process, actual weights and look may vary slightly fro those displayed in this catalogue and on our website. The text of each product describes the item sold. The photos are illustrative only and may include elements and items not included it the price.We have carefully selected our product and suppliers with quality as a very important consideration. Differences of 5% in size and slight differences in color do not constitute a base for the return policy.

Caobo BV keeps the right to change this policy from time to time. All changes are applicable from the moment they are published on this page, and can be checked at each time.

All prices on the website include VAT. Price of shipping is added during checkout.

Caobo BV has all copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property of all material on the website. Exceptions are mentioned in an explicit way. This includes all photos, texts, designs of the products and of the websites and the domain name.

Returns policy

Caobo BV follows the law of 21 September 2004 about the protection of consumers, valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee leaves these rights intact.

The costs of return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Intention to return and item should be emailed to contact@kolontai.com. Returns need to be accompanied by a receipt of payment, undamaged and in perfect condition. Once return items have been received and inspected we will confirm further action via email. Refunds are issued within 7 working days to the payment method used for the purchase. Payments may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Exchange items will be shipped within 8 to 10 weeks. Caobo does not accept returns or refunds on sale items.

If a piece shows defects, the customer must inform the Kolontai customer service as soon as possible by registered letter or e-mail within a period of 2 months after detecting it. After these 2 months, there can be no further entitlement to repair or replacement.

The guarantee does not apply to defects that occurred as a result of accidents, negligence, falls, use of the article for other purposes than for which it was intended, failure to comply with the operating instructions or user manual, changes or modifications made to the article, heavy-handed usage, bad maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect usage. Defects that appear after a period of 6 months from the date of purchase or delivery are not deemed to be hidden defects unless the customer can provide evidence to the contrary.
